Pros

Get to work offsite for some great clients who appreciate a concierge. Receive a lot of appreciation from clients but the owner is difficult to work with.

Cons

Very cheap company that does not pay well and constantly nickle and dimes its employees. Virtually no benefits and no support from the owner when things go wrong and absolutely no appreciation for hard working employees that provide consistent great service to clients.

We appreciate your candid feedback on your experience and regret that it was not a positive one. 2 Places has been working diligently over the past year to increase employee incentives as well as offering competitive pay and benefits for everyone. We have also worked with our employees across the board to ensure we address their concerns and have implemented several new processes and incentives based on their feedback. Our employees will help us ultimately become a stronger company overall.

Pros

Great part-time job. Get to work out of the home. Real team feeling even though you never meet face to face. Management really involved and make sure you have everything you need to be successful and are always available. Training is comprehensive and trainers are extremely supportive and available for questions after the virtual training is completed. Clients really appreciate our help and thankful for our services. Jobs are posted internally first and if willing to relocate there are some great opportunities to advance.

Cons

Not a con to being successful in this position, but it would be nice to meet your manager face to face at some point.

Pros

Flexible hours are great since I have 2 school aged children, lots of incentives that you can use to earn gift cards and days off. I love the fact that we get our mileage reimbursed and I even got money for referring another employee! Everyone I work with is very friendly and helpful and we never have problems in the office!

Cons

The only thing that I would say is we need less restrictions to what we can do and hire more concierges to make this an even better way to help out our customers and clients.

We understand how important family and work life balance is and we are proud to be leading the field in that area. We are also happy to offer one of the highest mileage re-imbursements around and our request restrictions are in place to protect both the clients and our concierges.
