The company has grown and innovated in many positive ways, building software, compliance programs, and protocols to uphold high standards of care. Remote care is the way of the future, and this is a company that truly cares about its employees and patients.
Cons
Providers see higher volumes of patients than in person, but have lots of support and are compensated accordingly. Not necessarily a con, but can be an adjustment when joining. Having ODs on the advisory board and in leadership roles, has helped create a culture of success and balance for the doctors.
