      - I was working from home, so not seeing these people in person everyday was a plus

      Cons

      - All managers, no leaders - Morally bankrupt - Weak creative output - Perpetually understaffed - Annual layoffs are in July - Complete sweatshop mentality - More people jumping ship than during the Titanic - The only inspiration I felt was that of finding another job
