Pros
At the start it seems like a very relaxed place to work. Not a really strict dress code so you can always be comfortable. My team lead was extremely helpful and always looked out for the agents on our team. Easy to move up. Pay is decent, OT pay is great.
Cons
Calls are constantly back to back for the night shift so you would think when a new training class came in they would go to the night shift, WRONG. The break policy is ridiculous, there were times when I had to clock out completely just to go to the bathroom, insane. If you had to miss a day for a doctor's appt it was ALWAYS an issue even with your doctors note. 24-7 intouch doesn't care about their employees at all & the benefits are crap. To top it all off there is always drama, drama, drama. It's like being in adult high school.
