What I love the most about working at 24-7 Intouch is the opportunities to grow your career and gain a lot of Contact Center experience in many aspects that helps you build a muti-versed career portfolio for yourself! 24-7 Intouch offers a lot of internal promotion opportunities and provides the ability to apply yourself to just about anywhere you want to go in your career. I have seen and experienced myself many people that have advanced quickly in their career from beginning at entry level positions to as high as Senior Global Directors . I value the opportunities and experiences I have gained in my personal role as the Corporate Learning and Development Manager as well supporting L&D across the globe in our fast growing company.

Other companies can offer more competitive salaries at times making it difficult for some employees to stick around long enough for the career advancement opportunities and growth. In a very high cost of living environment in Colorado, some people find themselves looking for pay, not all the reasons to stay for their career growth and have to make a personal decision to leave, although they are missing out on a great opportunity.
