Pros

- Room to move up in the company - I enjoy working with the people in my office

Cons

- Every interaction with someone from the corporate office is usually negative. You get called out for not adhering to the endless maze of corporate policies. - Your job is threatened with written warnings when you make a mistake. There is a consistent culture of mistrust from managers and the corporate office. - When you calculate your hourly rate, including working weekends on-call, the pay is poor and not worth it ($11 per hour) - Most of the reviews on this site were evidently posted by upper management.

Pros

24 Hour Home Care has a genuinely strong, people-first culture that shows up in how people work together day to day. There’s an emphasis on collaboration, respect, and doing the right thing for both employees and the communities we serve. I’ve had a great experience with my manager, who is supportive, approachable, and truly invested in my growth. I’ve been given opportunities to learn, take on new responsibilities, and grow alongside the company, which has made the work both engaging and rewarding.

Cons

Processes are continuously improving, which can mean adjustments along the way.

Pros

Work from home ( literally that’s it )

Cons

- intense daily micromanaging - if a manager/supervisor doesn’t like you they’ll do everything to fire you - hold you up to standards that not all coworkers meet - 24 Hour Home Care cannot provide work/life balance - even if all your work is all done, all they care about is controlling you and having the final say to feel in power - HR isn’t for the employees, don’t go to them with any work related issues ( nothing gets resolved specially if leadership is the one being at fault) - PM and APM and RM and CP team (management and leadership) doesn’t care about the team all they look at is the bad even if the good outweighs it. - you can be doing everything how you’re suppose to, and they will never be satisfied ( they nit pick everythinggggggg ), nothing is enough, going above and beyond will grant you a “meets expectations” at most - If you are having personal issue and need to take off consider them watching you closely, because they are very concerned - don’t have family emergencies or get sick ( they will consider that poor attendance) - overall a bad place to work at; only good perk will ever be working from home
