after two/three months of working there, they were awful with me for shifts. wouldn’t give me anything at all even though i was promised i’d always have shifts regardless of it being a zero hour contract. when i left it took well over a month to get a reference from them and they have since ignored any emails i’ve sent out including the ones sent to head office.
