      1 bad apple spoils the experience

      Cons

      Controlling owners demean staff, undermine you and treat you badly and give you mind games. Wages are unfair. Worst place ever worked in career. Regret working here. The owners micro manage and do not care. They are mean mean people and make the company dysfunctional. You will have stress, no respect with large workloads and excuses for unfair treatment
