This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. There is absolutely no work–life balance, and employees are expected to work long hours without proper compensation or appreciation. Management is unprofessional and does not value employee opinions or growth. There is no clear process, frequent last-minute changes, and constant pressure without proper guidance. Salary hikes and promotions are either delayed or never happen, regardless of performance. Favoritism is very common, and hardworking employees are often ignored. The work environment is stressful and toxic, with poor communication across teams. Leadership makes unrealistic commitments to clients and pushes employees to meet impossible deadlines. I would strongly not recommend this company to anyone looking for career growth, stability, or a healthy work culture.
