Pros
It offers competitive rate even for newbies. As long as you have the skills, the management will take care of you. Despite having many teachers, you will never have zero bookings. It's the only company I know that offers HMO benefits. Plus, the teacher support team is great!
Cons
When you're a regular teacher, it's difficult to change your sched.
