25Madison is a place where doers can gather together and build something great. There are a lot of people from different walks of life here building with a lot of passion. They are founder-friendly and they need to respect founders' time which is a nice breadth of fresh air in this industry. It's a super nice and collaborative environment, but you have to be self directed and make things happen for yourself.

It's not a coast-and-get-by environment, you have to show up and work. A lot of people here are impressive and it's competitive.
