Pros
’ve been with 2B Living for about 9 months now, and I can honestly see myself being here long term. The work life balance is great, and I don’t feel like I’m expected to be a robot or never have a bad day.
Upper management is supportive, and the team is genuinely friendly and helpful. It creates a really positive work environment.
I actually enjoy coming into work, which says a lot.
Cons
None so far, but like any company, there’s always room to continue improving processes as the company grows.
