Pros

I have been working for 2bwireless for 3 almost 4 months now, and I can tell you this I went from not having a car having to take the bus to work in thai AZ heat, to have my very own car! Thanks to 2bwireless! My BM and the Driector of sales have helped and the head of the training department are very focused on helping you and giving you the tools you need to succeed in this company! You get great hours amazing commission check. Your able to provide for your working for 2bwireless. I have read some of these reviews on this site and I can say bull to all of them. If you are no longer working for them that on you not them. They do care about their employees if they didnt they would not take the time out of there day to do weekend trainings to help improve our skills give us tips on how to make us more money! I believe if your a lazy person you'll get lazy results. And that's the problem these days lazy people blame fault on the people who are doing their job! I would recommend working for 2bwireless to anyone.

Cons

I haven't found any yet and I'm 3 months in. And I'm in for the long run!

Pros

Commission. Great place to learn the business. Lots of opportunities to advance. As long as YOU do your job it is an amazing place to be. Like everyone said, laid back atmosphere. But they are saying 2b wireless steals reps money but that simply is not the case. Those people did not pay attention to what they were doing and made a mistake that cost them real dollars. That's all. As long as YOU pay attention and treat customers with respect you will go far here.

Cons

I don't think people understand that the issues that have been posted are not from 2B Wireless. They are TMobile policies that cost reps their money. If you accept a broken phone from a customer TMobile will charge you for it. Not the customer which is kind of crazy to me because customers lie. but I understand. Just be vigilant and don't accept anything questionable and you will never lose money. But don't blame a company for the policies of it's parent company. That's not fair.
