- not bad pay for nationwide average - promote from inside
Cons
- management are very political and frequently talk about voting, candidates they favor, etc - several insensitive comments to non-WASP employees about their race and culture - continuously rolling back benefits and perks - HR is run by owner's wife so very little accountability there - frequently gave conflicting or incomplete feedback about job performance, concerns, and company needs - tend to overhire and then go through layoffs rather than scaling slowly -
