Nothing about this job was good, extremely competitive workplace, management heavily encouraged this to drive sales. Disgusting sales tactics that admissions advisors are encouraged to use for example, asking a friend to lend them money to pay for the bootcamp fee. Extreme micromanaging, if you're making at least 100 calls and 3 hours or more talk time you get hounded by management all day asking why you're not 'on target' for the day. Management also looks at how many minutes you take between calls before making a new one and if its too long in their eyes, you will be asked about what you were doing in that time. This company has absolutely no regard for work life balance, will call you even if you're sick and make you feel bad for not coming in because it will effect sales, they value profit over people. I have never come across a more toxic workplace than this one, if you aren't doing the best in the first 2 months or so of the job they will most likely put you on a performance plan and then fire you, they've done it to many people before. Management need some serious empathy training.
