Very flexible and relaxed with dress code and with working hours. Really friendly helpful people around that have been there a long time. Training is considered and one on one

Moved from one day a week to two days a week in the office after hiring lots of people that lived far away. Quite flat structured, not a huge room for progression although that does look likely to change soon
