Pros

Flexible schedule. Lots of product training as well as sales training. Training prior to going out in the field, in the field with a trainer, in the beginning and then meetings weekly for updates and sales tweaking. Most leads are given to you in various zip codes and then you are bonused on bringing your own leads. Good commission and bonus structure. Once you get started, you can earn a nice living. Samples are given to you, along with mileage and toll reimbursement. Seasoned Consultants are eager to share their successes! District Sales Manager very easy to work with. She's always available and knows her tech, so helpful there as well.

Cons

Getting used to door to door can take a bit of getting used to. If you don't know window treatments, there is product training, but could take awhile to understand.

Pros

refine: The managers in the Philadelphia market are top notch. They truly care about people and their success. The training is top-notch. Honest, helpful, encouraging feedback is given and the team has their endless support.

Cons

refine: Driving around all day and putting endless miles on my vehicle. There seemed to be an overwhelm in the customer service department, creating a backlog of customers waiting for updates at times when installations were delayed or a product needed repaired/replaced. This resulted in consultants fielding calls from customers to mitigate potentential dissatisfaction.
