The company culture is very toxic. Leadership, management, and a lot of the staff encourage active humiliation and public shaming as the preferred communication method. There's a serious CYA problem throughout the company, including how client issues are dealt with and internally amongst staff.
Salary and benefits are poor once you have moved beyond an entry level position. The benefits are below average for the industry and the pay is about 35% lower than most other companies once you have a year or two of experience.
Employee turnover throughout the entire company is extremely high. Even the leadership team had a 50% turnover in the last two years. For the technicians this means long periods of very long hours and high stress, as well as frequent changes in management.
