Cons
In short period of time company culture has been destroyed by new management and their decisions. There used to be workers that would do the extra mile for the company, but now it is less and less. If you disagree or say your opinion, you will be kicked out. Yes-yes people are getting new roles and management positions. Temporary workers have been treated unequally also. Before there used to be career opportunities, but thing are different now and people are not seen anymore as individuals.
