      Fast speed, get to witness great events, deals with public

      Cons

      have to pay for parking, lack of communication, don't give you full details of ending time in advance of an event so you may have to stay till 2am-3am, no benefits or perks

      Flexible work schedule & great co-workers.

      Cons

      Below market hourly pay is actually justified by management. We were told that we should consider the opportunity to watch pro-sports & major events as benefits & part of compensation. Problem is, no one is allowed to really watch any of the events b/c we have to be professional & attentive. We’re not even allowed to watch from an open door when we’re on a break!
