      Freedom to get your work done

      Cons

      Everything is unorganized, the computers are outdated and hardly work. Payroll is let on occassion, there is no hr department. The boss can loose her temper easily. The turnover rate is quite high and company morale is not the best.

      Tenure not rewarded. No employee evaluation of any kind, no insensitive program, no benefits, no raises or room for growth.

      Projects are not completed to full potential due to lack of commitment and direction from leader, no respect for employees time or efforts. Technology very outdated.
