Terrible - Anonymous employee 320 Guest Ranch Employee Review

The general manager of this place knows nothing about running a business and it just bad at her job. They don’t value employees at all, good luck getting any time off bc they’d rather fire you than give you a day to breathe. Bad pay, unless you’re sleeping with a manager (which many people were) get ready to be used & abused. Tons of drama as is expected in seasonal jobs. Restaurant manager specifically is very inappropriate w employees very strange relationships with younger staff.
