Pros
Employee housing, shared spaces, nearby trails if you like hiking. National forest surrounds you. It’s a great place to spend your summer if you’re in college and need a job. Winters are quiet and cold. Great if you’re into snow sports. Work can be demanding at times but other times things slow down. It’s seasonal work, it is what it is. Loved my time here.
Cons
Make sure you have a car to get around but usually you can find a ride with someone if you don’t have one.
Also, if you’re not use working as a team or owning up to mistakes made, probably not the place for you.
