Poor communication - Software Engineer 32Bit Computer Services Employee Review

I worked at 32bit from 2014 to 2019 as a UI Designer/Developer. One of the standout aspects of the company was the boss's approachability, understanding, and willingness to guide and mentor all company staff, which created a peaceful and positive work environment. The work environment was flexible and low-stress, allowing employees to manage their tasks independently.

While working there, the development process was waterfall, and the task tools were ancient technology. As technology changes rapidly, a more iterative approach (like Agile) might have been better suited for some of the projects.
