Team culture is collaborative and welcoming. Flat structure over there. The founder Kathryn is fair and easy to speak with. They also have a remote working benefit which helps if you like the nomadic lifestyle. As a company they were also innovative with the service offerings they offer in the market beyond recruitment. This diversification gave them more opportunities to work with bigger brands with their recruitment.
Cons
The recruitment business is challenging especially after COVID so to anyone who wants to join any recruitment business, consider if this is the right move for you if you don't intend to work hard as a 360 consultant who also does business development.
