Great people, free food, nice space
Cons
Direction changes constantly and anyone who doesn't fit that new direction is cut. As a result, morale is really low and lot of great talent has left in the last 6 months. The legacy products are becoming outdated (banner ads reliant on cookie technology) and the new products don't seem to be taking off with either media buyers or publishers.
