Pros

Entry-level employees are talented and motivated. Easy for new graduates to get hired. Informal company culture (wear whatever you want). Flex hours.

Cons

Extremely low pay considering this is a web agency. Disrespectful owners who micromanage employees at all levels. Owners believe that if they ignore the problems they will disappear (and both owners will interrupt you before you finish communicating the problems). Most managers have no previous management experience. Managers routinely withhold information from their teams and other managers. Planning is unrealistic and always falls through due to frequent emergencies. Rushed, low-quality work that is almost always sent back by unhappy clients (QA is not a priority). Almost no employee activities besides Halloween and the Christmas party. Fast employee turnover.
