Pros

Dedicated employees and good products, a unique market proposition

Cons

A "family" company, meaning a toxic work environment, no receptiveness, no empathy on the part of certain managers, decisions taken solely on the basis of financial aspects, no recognition for work, a technology company that functions like a (bad) marketing agency (junior profiles, below-market salaries, understaffed or non-existent administrative functions). The company culture, once positive and stimulating, has become a culture of control that nips in the bud all initiative and creativity. The departure of CEO Louis-Yves Cloutier was the final nail in the coffin of what once was 360.Agency.

Too many cons. Procedures kept changing, always implementing new rules.
