The mission statement and values of the company were commendable. There were also some employees there that were helpful and easy to work with.

As there were employees there that were easy to get along with, there were ones that made the work day miserable. There was obvious favoritism among certain co-workers and the upper management. It shot down morale, and was difficult to go a day without feeling like you weren't appreciated. The owners have their hearts in the right place, but they execute workplace conduct poorly. I witnessed everything from attempted sabotage to another co-workers job, to blatant accusations with little proof or allowing the person being blamed to stick up for them self. Overall, most days I found my spirits low and found little to no joy in my job.
