They don't help with training, they promote that toxic work culture. One of the staff said that we should dedicate our lives to the role and that it's normal to wake up at 4am and sleep at 12am to make sure roles are filled. And one of the managers said that Sudanese people take free houses and things of similar racist rhetoric.
