Great culture, awesome people, relaxed atmosphere. Love the location and office space. Social events, AMAs, Fireside Chats, and Internal Knowledge Exchanges are great. Little to no office politics, and there's not a single person I don't enjoy working with.

Not the most comfortable chairs in the world. Would be nice to have more diverse kitchen appliances. Would enjoy more face time with execs in a non-work-related setting.

People are talented, smart and encouraged to bring forward ideas and enhancements. Leadership does a good job being open and sharing whats going on in the company and the industry. Enjoy the IKE sessions.

Lots of change, good and bad, over the past year as part of growing pains and, still basically, a start-up which creates some confusion and a murky long run vision.
