Pros

Great products. Benefits package was average, but if you're a remote employee don't expect any of the 'fun' stuff they offer. They used to give a market stipend to all employees (including remote - I had a market near my house) but they stopped providing it for remote employees.

Cons

What is the point of an exit interview if you don't plan on reprimanding the individuals that made an employee quit to begin with? What is the point of an exit interview asking how to make the company better when you will do nothing with the data anyway? Don't even get me started on the nepotism that goes on in this company, and the lack of diversity. Management is horrendous, and favoritism is apparent across all departments. Managers expect employees to finish projects by certain deadlines and when the employees meet that deadline, but the project gets stuck with managers, which in turn, makes the project late, employees are yelled at and managers face nothing. Managers can get drunk with and in front of clients while driving fast cars and face ZERO consequences, but the minute an employee breaths the wrong way, you are fired, demoted, or placed on a performance plan. The current people you have on your executive team and individuals at director-level positions are embarrassing and I cannot believe those are the people representing this company. The amount of layoffs I have seen and good employees let go for little to nothing is unfathomable.

Pros

At 365 Retail Markets, we enjoy a healthy work–life balance with flexible schedules that make it easier to manage personal and professional commitments. The company offers generous paid time off and remote or hybrid work options, giving team members the freedom to recharge and work in ways that suit them best. The benefits package is thoughtful and well-rounded, covering medical, dental, and vision needs, along with parental leave, life insurance, disability coverage, bonuses, and a 401(k) with matching. Beyond the perks, the culture is warm and supportive, with leadership that cares and empowers employees to take ownership and make meaningful decisions.

Cons

Not much! I feel as sometimes the uppers are not as connected to the non uppers that well.

Pros

Some of the legacy employees are really nice

Cons

Comp is pretty low so people are leaving. They laid off most remote employees with basically no severance right before Christmas last year to turn around and try and buy their competitor which still hasn't closed. They do annual lay offs so they can hit their numbers instead of running the company more effectively. Leadership is in a silo and doesn't listen to what anyone on the ground floor is telling them
