In the 4 years I've been here they let 10% of the workforce go each year right before Christmas just to hit their numbers for the board instead of creating better products or selling more. Last year they gave those employees a 1 month severance, then turned around and bought our competitor and upped bonuses for leadership.
Pay is a little bit low for a $500m PE backed tech company.
No real company culture.
Lots of nepotism promotions instead of promoting the high performers.
Paternity leave is only two weeks.
