Frauds, Cheat, Disguesting, - Anonymous employee 3A Financial Services Employee Review

First bad management, HR and managers are worst than ever, at the time of demoneytisation they have given forcefully cash salary to employees. As everybody knows this that cash transactions are not allowed in any business still they are doing very openly and they dont have any fear of IT team and govt, they force employees to sign some stupid contract and ask them the details like family all account nos and PAN card, Adhar Card and demat details for all the family members including your in laws and brother and sister and put details in one contract in which some stupid clauses are there like you can not work for any other company which are in same field for 3 years your relatives are not allowed to start a business like 3a finabcial and most funny was you have update or add your bank account no with your family members if any changes and when employees not ready to give all the details they are holding a salary. I have experienced my worst year in this company. Talking about management and employees all the gujrati staff was there and they all are always trying to insult every other person, managers treat there team like slave, if you non gujrati person then you are not allowed to take leaves of half an hour also but Gujaratis are allowed to take any leaves, seniors are damn stupid they even dont know how to write a single mail and speak to clients in english. There share rates are like very high from market.. Profit margin is above your thinking like 100rs per share.
