Genuinely great people to work with, that genuinely care about each other. The management says they employ families instead of employees, and that is evident in the long tenures of so many employees. Furthermore, they provide significant profit sharing, so it feels like we are all on the same team, and get to share in the success of the company.

Sometimes have to work overtime, but at least we get paid time and a half for it.
