Pros
Salary was great and the annual end-of-year bonus and profit share were very welcome. Most team members were happy to help (when allowed) and friendly. Free meals and staff parties were organised well.
Cons
I have NEVER worked in such a TOXIC environment. I was warned before joining the business that there is an "air" of superiority and of "the inner circle". 100% correct. > The company makes some of the best WFH software around, yet has a ZERO WFH policy > HR is an absolute joke. In many other countries, they would be spending most of the year in employment tribunals. > For a communications business, communication is non-existent and even frowned upon. Employees are not allowed to ask questions to members of other teams. When a question is asked via the "correct" channels, the response is usually sarcastic & rude.
