Hi there. Sorry to hear how unhappy you were at 3DDB. I am confident that there were discussions with myself during your employment that would have tried to address your issues as there is an open door policy within the company. Good communication between ALL employees from management to entry level is highly encouraged particularly by me so too is innovation and ideas. The company does everything it can to ensure good culture and a happy team (which it very much has) There are systems in place to allow employees anonymously contact and give feedback to me which I receive on a regular basis through OfficeVibe. However sometimes for various reasons employees and companies are not a good fit or relationships take a turn despite both parties best efforts. We are always striving to produce the best work we can and we are constantly looking to the future for the benefit of the company and employees and what things we can do in order to continue with positive growth. In relation to processes understanding and knowing processes of each area of the business is one of managements strongest attributes and is the reason why there is great collaboration and communication among the entire team. Finally with regard to LinkedIN videos - social media is a strong part of the companies marketing strategy much like 99% of businesses around the world. Unluckily for me though it's not just the only thing I am responsible for!
