      Spitstechnologie Er wordt geluisterd naar de technische vragen Investeringen in degelijk werkmateriaal Veel variatie in projecten Grote groep leuke collega's Aangename werksfeer

      Cons

      Soms wat communicatieproblemen, maar dat kom je overal tegen. Loonsonderhandelingen zijn pittig, maar daar wordt aan gewerkt. Door de volle expansie zijn er soms wat groeipijntjes, maar deze gaan er stelselmatig uit.

      Pros

      Great community, engaging and wide ranging work, access to any work you might be interested in, good pay and opportunities, management is very easy to get along with and leads by example.

      Cons

      Work is somewhat repetitive and focused on materials development mostly. Also was there during a lay off wave.
