We couldn’t agree more that our comprehensive health and wellness packages, what we pay our employees, and our hybrid work schedules are just some of the many “perks” we offer! We also appreciate you sharing some of your concerns with us and hope you brought these up with your manager or our People & Culture team while employed. As you know, we have an open-door policy and encourage our employees to bring up any concerns. We don’t encourage our managers to micromanage. However, we do encourage them to be actively involved in the business and to be engaged with their teams. We have a desire for high standards and attention to detail, which can contribute to a more polished and successful outcome. Our focus on audits and checking ensures we are staying on track and catching potential issues early. Our customers expect a high-quality product and that’s our goal too! At 3D we are and need to be flexible as we have evolving expectations and adaptability in response to changing demands. By being flexible and adaptable, we know this can lead to more dynamic and resilient processes as we continue to be the best. We take pride in recognizing our employees with our various programs we offer. Do we get it right every time? No, but we certainly try to recognize our employees when the moment comes.
