Alot of freedom in the job, not someone telling you what to do for 8 hours a day. As long as you get your work done. Outside and active, making the day go very quickly, no two days are the same! Company Will support you through any personal hardships. Very good working culture. Organised and supportive systems using the latest technology meaning the job is as easy as it can be.
Cons
working in all weather conditions outdoors, you need to be thick skinned to do this job.
