Interviewing with 3G is very unique and such an enjoyable experience. Instead of answering a bunch of questions about a situation and studying for days to prepare, 3G allows you to meet an array of people from different debarments to get a feel for the company of who they are and if you would mesh with joining the team. For me, I enjoyed this part because when I started, I felt like I already knew half the team and there was a sense of comfortability. Working at 3G has been a breath of fresh air and I would recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to have a close knit team with a wide range of knowledge.

Software is a tricky slope for many people, so learning the ends and outs of it can take some time and be frustrating at times.

Solid software solutions, good co workers, good management team. We have had lots of changes over the past several years but we have made it through.

Schedules are driven by clients so it can be a challenge to manage tasks across projects.
