Pros

I’ve had the pleasure of working at 3HORIZONS in the GTM Business Development team and it’s been an amazing experience. The company is filled with talented, motivated people who are passionate about what they do. The leadership is transparent, supportive, passionate and genuinely invested in the development of both its employees and the organisation as a whole. The culture at 3HORIZONS is collaborative and innovative, with a strong focus on growth and continuous learning, thanks to the founders’ impressive backgrounds in education. I’m surrounded by colleagues who are experts in their fields and it’s incredibly motivating to work alongside such a skilled team. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to grow your career, make an impact and work with great people. Highly recommend!

Cons

I honestly don’t have any cons to share. My experience here has been overwhelmingly positive, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a rewarding career with great people and opportunities for growth.

Pros

- Very steep learning curve - Some colleagues are incredible - Teaches to be very entrepreneurial and initiative is encouraged - Gives great client-facing opportunities very early on

Cons

- Very steep learning curve - Culture is too "start-uppy", very little structure: some colleagues bring immense contributions and others just kind of exist. - AI obsession is making work more and more dull and mindless

Pros

You get genuine end-to-end ownership very early - from building analysis to sitting in the room with C-level clients and helping shape their strategy. The partners are accessible and hands-on, so you learn directly from people with a lot of experience rather than through layers of hierarchy. The culture is collaborative, informal and non-political. There’s real variety in the work across industries and countries, and a strong focus on using tools and tech (incl. the Strategy in Action platform) rather than just decks. Promotion is based on contribution and capability rather than time-served, so if you perform you can progress quickly.

Cons

It’s a small, fast-growing firm, so processes and structures are still maturing. Workload can be demanding around key client deadlines and workshops.
