Flexible work env, lots of opportunities to learn new things with little and no interference from management (provided u complete what u were tasked to.. fair enough). Smart and easy going people to work with. Management and engineering team makes due diligence in hiring right people.
Cons
Management needs to focus strongly on market realities and have a fair estimate of what can be achieved in stipulated time with restricted work force.
