3PS has a terrible culture that doesn't even come close to that of Pason. All the hype about how they follow Pason culture is just that, hype. The culture at 3PS makes it uncomfortable to work at, and there is no moving up here. You are stuck at whatever you do. Be prepared to work with management that has no clue what it is doing. There is no business strategy or goal. Just run around trying to do an aimless list of tasks that are neither here nor there.
