Lack of Projects :- We never had the Scarcity of the projects and moreover we have recently added many new Logos to our account, for more you can visit our website.
Managers have mastery in making fool of employees:- Our agenda has always been to have a professional touch with each Member. We believe in a work culture where every individual is given equal opportunity of growth. We strongly believe in treating each team member our organisation with dignity and respect.

They hired 20 people in ReactJS but only 4 of them are really in React. Rest are working in backpone. Reason being they are not able to get projects - This is not true and our ReactNative members are involved in React Projects.. They have a strong future in our organisation as any other team members.
Hire and fire is so common:- Firing is not our strategy. As our organisation is growing, our focus is in hiring right team members who can be part of the growth.
Best increment will be of 5%, 90, 000 - We follow a conscious and professional approach in our yearly appraisal which includes market standard, individual performance, future potential and domain knowledge. I am sure there is a strong reason of 5% salary increase in your case.
Stop being dictator. Try listen to your employees. India management is worst and full of politics:- We strive to reach everyone through our best strategies. We are known for our best work culture where we believe in transparency, openess, treating each other with dignity and respect, giving opportunity to grow, investing in growth of our people and developing a high performing team hence it is hard to believe that our management is full of politics.
