We offer paid on the job training to freshers for a period ranging form 6 to 12 months, depending on the domain, and ensure gradual promotion on the completion of course. Withal, along with promotion the salaries are also revised based on uniform criteria and defined pay range. As the tenure and experience increases, there is a gradual progression year on year.
