We also acknowledge the feedback on offering competitive package to team members and you will be pleased to know that we conduct salary band normalisation exercise at defined frequency and also need-based to keep our salary bands aligned with market standards. Additionally, all team members are encouraged to discuss their concerns and expectations with managers and Talent Business Partner for staying upto date with the ongoing or planned compensation and career progression related exercises.
