Pros
I learned a lot in the couple of years that I worked here. You have to, as they will put a ton of responsibility on your plate and expect you to just figure out how to manage accounts. Unlimited PTO that you MIGHT feel comfortable using if your team managers facilitate a healthy work/life balance. Some teams are ok.
Cons
I try not to think about my time at this agency, but came to Glassdoor because I heard they were posting fake positive reviews. They must be because there's no way working here is a 4 start experience. This was the worst job I've ever had in terms of mental health and work/life balance. Some team managers foster extremely toxic, competitive, mean work environments and HR doesn't do anything to stop it. The pay is straight up bad, most people leave and get paid like $20K more to do the same job somewhere else. HR keeps saying they "match market rates" but that's just an excuse they've been using for years. Managers are allowed to get away with manipulation, gaslighting and bullying despite HR complaints against them. They also dangle promotions in front of people like carrots to get them to keep working late and not quit. I worked at least 50hrs a week and was so burnt out, despite claims from leadership of a focus on 'work/life balance'. I was the only person on my team who ever took a sick day. I was judged for logging off at 5pm. My life is so much better since leaving this sweatshop.
