Misguided Management - Quant Trader 3Red Partners Employee Review

One of owners who I report is excellent manager. Extremely experienced and successful in this field but he gives guidance instead of orders. Firm developed good tech edge which is not common even for top companies in this field. High quality of people, mostly team players then individuals.

Things not related with tech and trading takes longer.

I've been working at 3Red for over one year and it's been a great experience. The firm fosters collaboration and engagement across teams which is something that is rarely practiced in the industry. Joining a company remotely was something I was nervous about, but I am proud to work for a firm where leadership focuses time on making sure everyone feels included and continuing to learn and grow within the business.

All firms struggle with communication, so while I do not believe the firm under communicates, the leadership team can always enhance the flow of communication to employees.
