Unrealistic job expectations, from the state. Then upper management at GMS never doing case management themselves.

high insurance rates, poor relationship between DSP and upper management/office, very High turnover, they hire to fill a hole not hire to ensure their a good fit, will make you feel guilty if you don't work overtime, life/work balance non existant
